try reboot your PC

If it's an old world, it may not spawn in, it may also be conflicting with other item id

Use the WorkshopDownloadIDs.json file located in the root of your server's directory. It is in a JSON format, so you'll need a little understanding of that.

go to your steam folder then search Steam\SteamApps\workshop\content. Then type in a some random gun or item name from the mod into the search box. if nothing ever comes up then you know its not downloaded and installed. btw a mod is already active when you subscribe to it and start the game, it just doesint tell you its active. try playing one of the (official) maps or run a map you know uses the ingame local spawn tables and you will probably find some.

I had this issue as well it turned out it wasn't actually downloaded even though it said it was, you just gotta check under downloads and depending on your settings it should say not enought disk space or some other error

just get into the unturned workshop group. xd
