I'm not really happy with some of the perks the soldiers currently have. If you have suggestions for replacements for some perks, such as Meld Induction, Sibyl's Gaze, Contained Fury, and Disabling Shot, please post them here.

Also, please feel free to post any cool non-replacement perk ideas here as well! I would love to add new Rising Tides heroes to this pack, so this is a good a place as any to post suggestions for any perk suggestions at all.
