not OP, but I use that mod too. I don't have a picture of the finished ship, but one with a blueprint I used to reference while building and collecting additional grav cores: https://ibb.co/nMrDKHhL
portside astern: rimatomics research and batteries (I later refitted some rimatomics large caliber guns on the front winglets)
astern: hydroponics, vehicle bay and fuel bay
starboard astern: rimatomics turbine and small reactor. there would be the storage pool, I refitted that with some more smaller batteries when I saw that the pool doesnt work
mid section astern: bulk storage, treasury and crafting tables
mid section ahead: brig cells, chapel, infirmary
ahead: research, bridge with differently sized crew and officer quarters in between
