An unclear ship in the shape of a triangle
I had a black triangular ship appear out of nowhere during my gaming session and it disappeared after a while. What the hell is that?

I assume it's a reference to something, I vaguely remember hearing about it years ago. The event is labelled as "?" in the mod's code and it happens randomly at a low chance. It doesn't seem to do anything other than freak you out though.
