if you only got 1 then you must be doing something wrong, how much fuel did you load into it? what was the life of the fuel? what type of fuel was it?

I put in a fuel rod into the first reactor and after some time the rod broke, so i thaught this is my time to make some plitonium. So i put the broken rod into the prissesor and adter a the prosses some depelent uranium came and one nucler waste came abd one plutonium.

oh that means you overheated your core, the fuel got damaged, you can reprocess damaged fuel to get a small amount of material back for recycling, to produce plutonium properly you need to just burn fuel normally until it is spent
