How the heck do i make depleted uranium? My nuclear powerplant is right next to my hospital and i dont wanna give my patients radiation sickness

okay for some reason now the reactor isnt letting me put rods into it, even though i have the storage pool, which i know isnt necessary but my pawns can access it, and the fuel rods are full. i allocate space in the reactor but it doesnt let me put the rods in, says theres no allocated squares

edit: nvm just changed the name of the reactor and it decided to work, idk why
