Use Power in Lategame
I plan to settle a new colony near the ocean and build 4 V reactors.
Any idea for what to use the generated energy? There is only a limited amount defenses can use.

How about something to win the game, or a way to get more challenges to really put defenses to use?

thats up to dlc and mods really, my focus in this mod is the reactors, and the energy weapons, the type v reactors were more of an endgame goal in themselves just as a major construction project, they aren't actually useful for anything other than making bombs.

i guess there's that mod that lets you sell power/distribute it to other colonies

The best use I've found so far for all that power is to make a large ship with SOS2. Keeping the ship running and firing the capital class weapons will eat through a ton of power.
