The Radiation wave event lasts a bit too short
I was unprepared but I immediately mobilized my colony to produce iodine tablets and begun rushing the anti-radiation suit research when the event just stopped at about 1-2 days in. Is it supposed to be that short? Only a single muffalo and one of my 12 colonists got affected.

what event do you mean exactly, there isn't any random map wide radiation events, only ones linked to research failures or core melt incidents

Oh, is it not from Rimatomics? I thought it was. It was an event with a red warning, saying that there is a radioactive wind coming through the area and that "you may want to consider leaving the area for a while.".

Would love to know what mod this event came from - my colony got completely wiped out by it.
