Reactor stuck "Starting Up"
That's pretty much it, i've checked the pipes, electricity, and i've got 7 fresh cores loaded into it, but however many times i re-check and press start the reactor is just starting up. The reactor also has no lights on, but when i click on it it has power in the grid.

Have the same. Although fully loaded, the rods dont seem to connect on the management grid.

Edit:
I also noted that the lights on the reactor did not light up. However on the reactor management console they all appear to be loaded.

oh my god i am literally retarded. the reactor was switched off. check if yours might be as well (like with the power switch thingy that electrical items have)

yes likely it was turned off, there should be a blue light on the core and on the controller ui if it has power, which indicates its cold, then pressing the start button and increasing the flux level bar on the right will allow it to start generating heat
