no water on map, how do I complete the cooling requirement/event?
Well my map has no water, so I seem to be stuck on "building cooling system"? how would I fix this?

you do not need water to build a cooling system, you can build radiators or cooling towers

Oh and I have water so I don't rly care about the other two but what exactly is the diference between radiaators and coolingtowers
