Rebel Apc
A rebel the drives the APC, heres the npc mod : https://psteamcommunity.yuanyoumao.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=182901638 If you can make him so he can be friendly to rebels and aggresive to combine.
Give him a re-texture as a separte npc and rebel APC is good to go.

Or Rebels use the actual APC. The green one.

you know i was thinking of something like a rebel APC NPC. but never thought of a captured combine APC and make it into there own resistance APC style, thats a great idea.
