Can I roll back the change of the archon myself?
I also want to roll back the change of the stunlancer and the abilities of the chosen, this will not hurt the gameplay?

Every group of units has an EncounterLists.ini that has (among other things) their spawnweight, which is their chance to appear. You could change those spawnweights to make new enemies you don't like appear more rarely or not at all (by setting Spawnweight = 0).
