Modders do not get any notifications for new threads in their discussions. So i only saw this thread now, a couple months later for the first time. For the record, maybe post a comment into the main Comments tab next time, this will ensure that you get an answer (at least where my mods are concerned)
To answer the initial question, there is no full enemy list anymore because it would just constantly be outdated. There is however this where you can find a lot of general info on what sort of things you can find in the mod:
