for those who dont know how to attach the model to scout
drag the scout to the cosmetic in animation set editor, then open the cosmetic and select the locked items, after that next to the animation set editor, you will see something saying "procedural" "default, zero, half, one, playhead, in, out, paste, drop, jitter, smooth, stagger and hold, grab zero and pull it to the right and the cosmetic will be automatically dragged to the scout, hopefully this helps

On the HWM models it has clipping issues with the torso and the sleeves.

try baking procedural bones for both the jacket and the HWM scout

Try to find the r_flap and l_flap and use the default slider and its fixed

i found that doing zero to each point individually prevents clipping
