This is the same for me, happens with the small galactic conquest maps and a few out lying planets on some of the larger maps.

You need to add the trade routes manually in the traderoutes.xml file. Then find the trade routes for the campaign in the Campaigns_underworld_gc.xml and add a comma behind each line except the last one for each faction. Once you do that, craziness ensues.
