You go to Steam library, then right click EaW, click properties, then you see launch options, put it in there

You may have to be more specific, what happens when it doesnt work. Crash on startup? Game runs only in Vanilla? Game wont load at all? It could be a number of issues.

i have something similar, it just runs the vanilla game and when i click on mods nothing shows up

Unfortunately i'm not sure how go fix these issues, I've tried but im not sure from my perspective. I'm not familiar with the mod, plus i'm not really Tech savvy. All I can tell you, is insert the launch code into the set launch options. & continue reading these issues on the forums related to this game/mod. Sometimes its just a simple issue in the files. I hope you all can fix these issues, good luck.

you need to create a mod folder in the FOC part the base game is missing that for any reason

Basically if it puts you into the base game then go to the mods bar ( in settings ) and check if its there, if it is, then click start or whatever it is and if it doesn't work then keep trying again or play a different modD :)
