I beat the Thrawn Campaign scenario for the first time in a while a day ago, and in the end I got a 'Military Efficiency rating' of 42, some kind of naval score at 60-something, and a higher economic score. All amounting to the overall score of 'Nerf Herder'. What's a military efficiency score? Like, units lost compared to units destroyed? Seems artificially lowered if it doesn't count the countless garrison units my forces destroyed, all without losing any of my generals.. Any way, Nerf Herder is something of a pejorative, did I do badly? I admit I had one or two engagements where my fleet lost out at something like a 1:1 ratio and was forced to withdraw but generally I only had a fleet get smashed once. Does the scoring system treat any retreat the same way as a crushing defeat?
Anyway at the end of the day this is a singleplayer experience and I understand that the scoring system is probably something of a relic from the original game but I'm just curious what exactly it means and how it scores. Sorry if this question has been asked/answered before.
