No Orbital bombardment or Bombing run on any ground battle
PLEASE HELP:
I am having an issue, I cannot use orbital bombardment or bombing runs on ground battles.

Is there a planetary shield that prevents those strikes? Then you have to destroy this building or the energy generator first.

To use orbital strikes and bombing runs you need to have specific ships in orbit around the planet you're invading to be able to use them. You can check which ships allow this ability by hovering over a ship and looking near the bottom of the ship info tab.
