Tech progression is now year based instead of era based.
The only thing the era does nowadays is setting your starting setting

Probably named year handler or something like that
I've hunted around in the scripts folders and also tried the "Year_cycles" setting mentioned above, but no luck on either one. Any pointers towards the right line to tweak would be appreciated. :)

Find: YearHandler.lua
On Line 17, change self.cycles_per_month = 1 to self.cycles_per_month = x where x is your desired months per cycle. I can confirm it works with self.cycles_per_month = 3, making it 3 cycles per month. I also set the file to read-only, unsure if that effected whether the change was confirmed. I also started a new game so can't confirm it will work with saves, but I imagine it would since it's a script file change and not a campaign setup file.
