If you mean the SSDs than no. SSDs are not available in skirmish. There is a unique Skirmish mode called Supremacy under the special modes tab. It replaces your home station with an SSD but it also plays very differently to normal skirmish.

You sure you weren't playing a submod? SSDs were definitely not available in regular skirmish last version or the version before.

i forgot which submod is it that puts dreadnoughts in skirmish
