I'm assuming Umak Leth isn't actually able to restart World Devastator
So i lost my mini world devastator. Is there a specific trick to using Umak Leth to restart the world devastor program or is that feature just not working yet?

Umak Leth restarting the WD program is a lore thing rather than a gameplay thing. He's the reason you have WDs at all.

No it's a gameplay thing.

Place him in orbit of a planet (I think capital or dreadnaught shipyard required)

Then go to the government tab and click the baby world dev

Can only do it once

Nope. Did that. Either he's broken in my specific playthrough or... Query: Do ALL my current World Devastators and/or Titus Kiev need to be dead?

It's just the frigate / capital and either regular or Klev (Since only 1 will ever exist)

Once a battleship it's out of the loop

OK so I killed them off and still couldn't restart the program so I am calling it that it's just this playthrough. Thanks for the help.
