Custom Galactic conquest not spawning the AI
Ive been following the directions and placing the starting factions on the locations id like them to spawn in but no matter what i do, what combination i try, it seems to just spawn me and the entire galaxy is independent forces. What am I doing incorrectly?

R u picking the choose everything option? This allows you to Customise every faction and what planet they have. If u don't any independant forces choose full start without the choose everything option I think.
