Im playing on the largest era progressive map, and as the Empire I did not receive Palpatines doom message and cannot advance eras. Im stuck with Thrawn, and when I sacrificed him to check if his death would trigger the era advancement message, there was nothing. Im stuck with Era 3 leadership and its been Era 5 for a couple of hours now.
