I know, and to integrate them I have to kill them but I've never actually gotten the SSD from either faction once integrated.

They are not buildable SSDs but upgrades for Palleon (Reaper from the Pentastar Alignment) and Dalla (Knight Hammer from Eriadu).

Gaining the upgrades also requires the integrating faction to have not built them before you can integrate them.

Then I assume that any scenario outside that is not possible to be done.

There is also the Tier 1 legitimacy reward (You get a max of 1 of 4 SSD heroes) and Dark Empire (Which gives you the Eclipse and Sovereign).

But aside from that there are no other SSDs that are not part of your base faction roster for you to obtain.
