Okay if you think it is logical that you can build an outdated ship that was only used in a fleet that was lost and the only vessels in use where the once that got taken from the location that fleet was found, I would like to hear your arguments.

New republic got their hands on them and Thrawn too, I bet they could have found a way to replicate the ships in order to build them

Why should they replicate a ship that is that old when they have modern ships filling the exact same role?

why not? it's not like you miss out on other ships.

Your logic would mean that everyone including NR should be able to build ISDs.
That would make sense in-universe, but not in-game.

Everyone building the Katana DHC wouldn't even make sense in-universe

Go to ".......\SteamLibrary\steamapps\workshop\content\32470\1125571106\Data\XML\Units"

Open the file "Units_Frigates"
Search for the Entry <SpaceUnit Name="Katana_Dreadnaught">
There you have it :)))
To make it buildable change the Tech_Level from 99 to 1
Then add the following Line and insert your Faction
<Affiliation>Warlords</Affiliation>
