Byss and The Maw isn't Unlocked
Is there anyway to unlock Byss and The Maw in Galactic Conquest Medium?

I already conquer entire planet but it won't open.

So if I use EoTH or other than Empire, it doesn't effect?

The Warlord Factions and Mainline Empire are all capable of unlocking Dark Empire and the content locked behind it. If none of those factions are left however, unless you force a revolt on a planet that prefers those factions Byss and The Maw will not open up.

It means New Republic and Empire of the Hand (which in Legend they are exist and hidden) can't open it?

That is correct. Neither can the Hapes or the CSA.

Ah that's explain now. It means the game is done without capturing Maw and Byss IF you don't use Empire and its sub fraction.

More or less, while the AI is capable of unlocking Dark Empire it still requires them to fulfill the requirements for doing so. Something that's very hard to do when they've been blasted into atoms.
