Cannot change difficulty level
I started several campaign but every time I try and start it no matter what I select it is always at captain difficulty when I play the campaign is there any way to fix this problem?

If you're playing a progressive GC it defaults to Captain (Does tell you beforehand)

You can easy change the difficulty once in game.

Menu -> Options -> Game
