I've had three crashes over the last two weeks that the game software did not recognize. My screen was bright white and I could not shut down the game using Task Manager. I could see the Task Manager on the tool bar (after striking the Window's key) but I was still unable to access it or any other program. I had to restart the computer from the Window's navigation pane. Is there an issue I need to know about?
