The game starts off at the moment Robert Baratheon is attacked by the boar he is hunting. He is killed and appoints a Steward of King's Landing, but instead of this being Ned, this part is random and he will choose a random player to rule over KL (except Greyjoy).

RULES FOR ALL FACTIONS:

Win by holding 7 Relics or 7 Castles for 10 minutes.

Relics spawn in King's Landing every 20 minutes.

The Population Limit is 120 + 20 for each Castle you hold. Marry Lannister (Red) to get their unique trait of 10 bonus pop limit.

Civilian Limit is 20 (includes Villagers, Trade Carts, Trade Cogs and Fishing Ships)
No military tax or upkeep
No tower tax or limit but Towers count as 1 population each.

You can only build Castles in designated areas.
Each castle provides 200 wood, 200 gold, 200 food, 75 stone, 20 extra population headroom and unique units between the flags (starting castles only) every 15 minutes. Take over that castle and recieve it's population room and units.

Keeping your Hero in KL will gain you 300 Gold every 15 minutes.

Relics are valuable and have special uses so don't give them away (no one wants to play with a kingmaker anyway).

Relics can be sold for Gold (10k) at the Iron Bank of Braavos (east)
Relics can be bought for Gold (15k) at Lonely Light (west)

NEW: The Iron Bank of Braavos now counts as a Castle and generates resources (plus more gold) and units.

After 12 minutes, Harrenhall, Summerhall, Faircastle and Moat Cailin (they are just ruins at beginning) can be bought for 1 relic.
- Bring Monk with Relic directly in front of the statue.
- These extra castles provide resources, pop limit and 1 time special units to the purchaser of the castle.
- Buying the castle with a relic gives a 2000hp boost to that castle, but not when it's rebuilt after being destroyed.

Greyjoy (purple) starts with 1 less castle and less resources but gains resources from raiding. There are no time limits for these bonuses.
-Each Raze is 75 Wood and 25 Gold.
-Each Kill is 25 food and 25 Gold
-Once Greyjoy has 3 Castles, he loses this bonus.

Dothraki support: You can bring your hero to the Dothraki to gain their support once you have reached 100 kills.

Hire the Golden Company for 10k Gold with your Hero or Successor (Once per game only)
