But copyright is only valid if it is, in fact, a copy of either one, which it's not. Copyright doesn't let you go "oh hey, this weapon has some vague similarities to one we copyrighted, that means we can sue you!".

I agree it's similar but I didn't know the Monado before you guys talk about it here.
So, I would says it's more the transistor blade since I had it in mind while doing the energy pattern on the blade.

Hay, I can see some similarities to both. But I'd rather have this skin then either of those, because I really, really like this. If this makes it in game I'll finally have a reason to use my Galatine Prime again, pure awesome looks.
