"Mellow" ability transfer damage bug ?
Hi there ! Like some people in the commentary section, I have the impression that the transfer damage ability doesn't work properly. In fact, it activates every effect of the skill apart from this transfer damage received effect. Are they many people who have the same problem ?

It's working properly you might have a class mod/district mod that interferes with other classes' Transfer HP/Reflect damage coding.

so from what i remember you have ot proc a gaurd first, it doesnt do a good job explaining..but from memory the damage received from the gaurd debuff is whats being transfered
