i created a unified faction
hello

made a slipshod faction that includes all 10 races, which can be used to reduce faction clutter

instructions
1) navigate to Steam\steamapps\workshop\content\294100\1119191638\1.1\Defs\FactionDefs or wherever and create a back-up of it if you're into that
2) open Factions_BearMan.xml in notepad++
3) copy from pastebin to replace EVERYTHING, and save.
4) delete the other faction XMLs

the faction will appear to be a bear tribe on the world map, but actually includes everything. seems like all races are evenly distributed. i take no responsibility for anything, ever.

what happened? did the normal factions appear, did no beastman factions appear..? not that i take responsibility or anything

to many issues and not enough update support so i unsubscribed in the end

I think this should be an official option on the base mod. While I love all the tribes, when I add other factions from other mods it starts to get really messy and I have to cut some of them out and the 10 Beast Man factions do get kinda samie.

Also, I see that in Faction Control the other beast men tribes do appear as an option even so I deleted their XML. I just set them to 0 and left Bear Man tribe. Is that how it should be?
