I can't animate at all HELP
I set the keys to ragdoll, he isn't moving at all, but he shadow is moving,
I can move NPC's but without animation :(

that's not very descriptive. did you bind smh_playback? recorded any frames?

Ragdoll's shadows are moving, but the ragdoll isn't

ah that's an easy one. check and uncheck "don't animate physbones", should usually do the trick. i think that thing should be put up in some faq lol
