(Solved ) I need help animating the facial animations
Every time i move the playhead to change the face, it always keeps the face as what i want it to become, how do i animate the face (This has been solved, but if you wish to get help read the comments)

did you unselect face from your faceposer tool, can be done by right clicking somewhere else with the tool or just switch off of it, to like physgun or some other weapon
