smh is not meant to show up in tools tab. generally if you can't get it to appear with +smh_menu bind, then you may need to disable all other addons and check if it'll work then. this mostly seem like some sort of workshop mounting issue, if you get smh to work then it should be safe to enable other addons back up

Ok thanks i got it to work but now it wont close when i press x how do i fix this ?

to close it -smh_menu should be called when you let go of the key, but apparently it doesn't seem to be getting called. what if you try binding that to some other key?
