emitter for muzzle flash and blood

I don't know if this will work but... Try Ryu Gi's Blood Splatter and Muzzle flash and bullet tracer. It's a prop so I think it will work.

yeah i found them on workshop some weeks after my post. Thanks for help tho

record 2 frames of tf2's muzzle flash the first frame being out of the video and the second one shooting. so it doesn't have a transition so it looks like it was just 1 frame. hopefully that helps

i dont care ima necro this thread to get my ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ answer for HOW TF DO I DO THAT WITH DECALS im making a scene where tf2 spy stabs scout's chin and i want blood but whenever i use decals to keep the blood there it stays in the other keyframes and i dont have any editing programs that turn images into 30 fps video because im too broke to buy one at the moment
so i just record it instead
