i would basically just say:

when construct is being built (and still is busy to be built) for a few days or very rarely there would just be a glitch that would enable a secret bunker, its just a causal glitch due to the constant mass genocide the players create and machines and so creating and despawning and doing everything, it was created by someone or something maybe a mingebag or gman or something else,

this lore aint so good as the one i made for ppg since all the lore in ppg is just jokes and secrets said by the dev, i just then created lore that the player is in a test for human behavior by aliens or something and see how they would react in a sandbox game, all the glitches and secrets are just glitches in the system or so, i have alot of ppg lore we would be sitting for 7 ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ hours reading all my ppg lore dialogues so yeah, nice

Built back during the beginning years of the Server Wars, this facility was used as a stronghold for "V.I.Ps", which consists of people who made popular steam games, valve employees, or those who made popular garry's mod addons.

Because of how not even mingebags would DARE enter the dark room, it served as the perfect access point for certain people to be protected from said mingebags.
