Starbound RPG Growth Ninja Class
I am currently level 26 as a ninja on starbound and i have completed the first part of the class weapon quest where you need to acquire 12 ether. now i am having the problem of being unable to craft ethereal blades since i cant see them anywhere in my atomic furnace

If you've done the first part of the quest and you've received the recipe for the ethereal blade and it still doesn't show up in the furnace, the spawnitem code is ivrpgetherealblade

Yeah I'm not sure about this atomic furnace thing, but I also can't figure out where I'm supposed to get the Kunoichi specialization weapon (Luxaria) :|

This can be an issue if the item wasn't able to fit in your inventory. Next patch will see the quest completion give the blueprints, so that they aren't tied directly to acquiring the item. As Unadjectivable said, spawning in the item should give you the blueprint.

In any case, the weapon section of the Tier 3 Anvil allows you to craft Spec Weapons, and will be where you find Luxuria.
