Item Drop Locations (Please Read)

We've gotten a lot of people requesting the locations for the item drops. Here's what you need to know:

1. Every item has a percent chance to drop. This means that you won't find them immediately, even if you are fighting the right monster.

2. Every item, except for Meteoric Metal and Gun Parts, drops from at least 4 creatures. Meteoric Metal drops from 1, but it is easy to find.

3. The Google Doc, with a link in the description, tells you what monsters drop the items. Simply go there, go down to the Changelog, and then search for the item.

4. Higher Tier Monsters drop items at a higher rate, as does using hunting weapons. However, don't use hunting weapons on Bandits. That will not increase the drop rate.

You must have not actually gone through the whole thing. This post literally tells you where to find the 'items section' in the doc, so there's no need to even search through the whole thing. You're not serious, right?

Percentages are around 12~14% for every mob, though there are best targets that are closer to 19~20%.
Using hunting weapons increases the drop rates to around 24~28%.

ive read though the doc and the patch notes, it tells me what drops the items i need but where do i find them, also, what is a guardian and where do i find them
