The clearing south of castilo is glitched. If you go in it, it will make your game freeze if you move. I have tried it several times. If you try it, to get out, warp to your base as soon as you rejoin and dont move.

the reason vehicles dont despawn on most custom maps like this is because there is no vehicle spawn location

I play in the server with the two people that posted and we delt with falling through the top of the castle under the map

You can type /warp warpname to use warps. Thats not a map thing, thats a server plugin thing. Assuming you are on the server I have been on before, its /warp axis, /warp allied, /warp axisbunker, or /warp alliedbunker
