You shouldn't have access to a GMOD server if you can't figure this out. And don't say "I code" if your dragging and dropping files please. That doesn't count at all.

Connect to FTP
Navigate to garrysmod -> addons
Drag and drop file

Done...

but remember to add this workshop file to the downloadlist for the clients of your server, else you have to deploy the materials and models with fastdl! ^^
