Suggestion
This is for RP servers: Create two sabers, same tool assigned to it but the "Darksaber" has all powers, the "Lightsaber" has only Jedi powers, so no Combust or Lightning.

The thing is, many servers allow Jedi to use dark force abilities as in some lore, these abilities are only thought of as Sith when used in a Sith manner (toture etc)
