On the bridge, enter the side room that has the holo display of the star destroyer. There's a starmap there with locations you can activate to go into hyperspace and travel to those locations.

How do you activate it ?

By pressing E on one of the locations on the starmap. Nothing else is required.

But this will change in the upcoming update.

Yes it does. You probably have addons installed that break it somehow.

I choosing destination, and pressing E on button, but im traveling in hyperspace 4ever

Hyperspace travel takes time. You have to wait for a few minutes. I might look into travel time options in possible future updates.

would the Star Wars Universe mod interfere with this?

Well yes, obviously. It completely disables my own system. And replaces it with its own system. It's not officially supported.
