For almost any reported issues I will need the log from the game to determine the cause. This will need to be uploaded to a site I can pull down from. The site does not matter much google drive is popular.

The file is called different things and is in different places depending upon the OS you are using.

For Windows:
File is called "output_log.txt"
File is located in the game's install directory under this relative path "Master of Orion/MasterOfOrion_Data"

For Linux:
File is called "Player.log"
File is located in your home directory under this relative path ".config/unity3d/Wargaming/Master Of Orion"

For Mac:
File is called "Player.log"
File is located in your home directory under this relative path "~/Library/Logs/Unity/"
