The Modding folder in the main directory has the standard stats - why I queried whether it may have been hard-coded in UCP's dll ... just odd.
Does MOO use caching or some temporary files that might not be cleared out that's overriding it? Haven't grabbed the DLC, although the functionality seems fine for all of it, just the new races aren't accessible.
Otherwise a single misplaced space/character will cause the game to reject the entire YAML file and not load it.
