Honestly, I've played a couple more games since that first one, and I think the problem was in the new Adaptive perk. In two games with no Adaptive perk, I got to the end with no crash.

Those logs do not pinpoint a cause of the crash exactly.

Some of your mods are throwing errors and it looks like the galaxy generation did not work 100%. Possible one of those errors caused the crash.

The adaptive trait is currently broken and will lead to issues in the game - please do not use it until I get a fix out - which will either be a 6.2b release or more likely a 6.3 release

I put in an incorrect check on it that is allowing the viability factor to go over 1.0

Not sure that is was causing your crash - but it is definitely not usable at the moment

FYI - I have released a 6.2b for the adaptive fix on nexus.
