A huge underground idea is a no go if you want to be somewhat real about Florida. I live in Fl, and I know that Fl is famous fo sinkholes. Also Fl is a giant sand bar. I think you should add a beached warship (Beached referrers to that whales and dolphines accidently/purposely luanch themselfs on the beach.). Adding as I just looked at the images Florida doesn't have boulders on the surface. But we do have rocky beaches.

You can't make anything underground in florida, as digging would lead you to water.

Also the waterpark needs more, it's mainly just a slide. I could help with the waterpark make it look like the waterpark "Wet and Wild"

this might be a BIT too much, but mabye you could make a couple of the bahama islands and make them irradited? just an idea.
