Also, I think it should be called Papal State, not Papal Empire, because the idea would not be to conquer all Christians but to unite them into a single state
Looks much more Yellow than green to me, but regardless of what colour it looks like I just left it as the base colour of the Mod. Its of a similar colour as the left side of the flag.
That aside, I called it the Papal Empire purely because it is a group of states (or countries if you become strong enough) that is ruled by the Monarchist government of the Vatican - which as far as I know is more or less the definition of an Empire.
Thank you for the criticism though, is there any particular RGB colour you could suggest for the country to be coloured as?
This colour issue might be caused by a confliction of mods or something to do with your Usercache
You can still have group of States in a Kingdom like the PAPAL STATES or States of the Church like Duchies. The Vatican or the Papal States doesn't have to form the Roman Empire. Because the Power of the Pope isn't the same as an Emperor. The Pope is superiour in terms of Religious Authority. The territory of the Pope can be the original lands held by the Pope before and the rest of Italian lands can have other small lands puppeted by the Papal States.
