Hey all,

I'm running 3.8 Vanilla, and just installed the mod to make things more interesting (i don't have any other mods currently running). I'm playing as libertarian, cooperative, ecocentric, fanatic xenophile direct democracy, with free haven, natural heritage, and labor unions as my civics. However, I've noticed that whenever I look at setting species rights, the game says I can't use Utopian Abundance without being fanatical cooperative. This contradicts the ethics description for libertarian, which says it *allows* you to use Utopian Abundance.

Any idea what's going on? Thanks!
