There has to be a stats discussion!

My thoughts:

Pros:
+150% bigger heal range (because of the satellite dish)
+Heals 50% faster

Cons:
-Metal recharge 50% slower (doesn't seem like a metal expert after all)
-100% smaller metal supply range than the heal range

I'd say it would help in a different way than a dispenser, replacing the teleporters. Telling you if someone close to it is a spy?

i think this would overpower the razar, maybe it should make it easy to see invisible spies.
also when placed next to a sentry it should allow it to see invisible spies and increase the range, that would mean if you disquised or had the dead ringer you could still get past it

Yeah, I think that an invisible Spy detection would make this pretty awesome.
Pros:
+ Nearby spies will be revealed when inside range
+ +25% range
+ Each upgrade will increase range by +10%
Cons:
- -15% heal rate
- -15% ammo/metal supply rate

My idea is that rayzar shouldn't be able to heal, but instead to show people on radar (including invisible spy). With growing level the range of it should be bigger. Ammo and metal should be desame like in normal dispenser.
-50% dispenser power
+100% dispenser radius.
it should show you the location of any enamy in its radius + invisable spy's but wont show spys who are disquised or have the dead ringer active (they got hit with it out) and like someone said it gets more radius the more its upgraded and it should heal/give ammo/give metal at a slower rate and that has a little less radius! also invisable spys are shown in a diffrent way than other enemy's and it shows disquised invisable spy's (optional it could do that at lvl 3 maybe) but when they uncloak it stops showing. :p2aperture::p2wheatley::p2aperture:
Can heal buildings

When fully builded and upgraded: heals and gets ammo to the buildings helpfull with sentries :commando:
